Avoid bug in insert-file-contents with REPLACE=t

* yasnippet.el (yas--load-directory-2): Call `erase-buffer' before
`insert-file-contents' instead of passing non-nil REPLACE, avoids Emacs
bug #23659.

Fixes #707.
