Fix bug reporting examples.

Browse Source 
- There was a missing "." in the emacs invocation (thanks to Barrie
  Treloar for reporting).

- The example reports had too little plain observation, and too much
  interpretation.

* README.mdown: Add missing "." to bug reporting instructions, improve
  wording of example reports.

Close #646.
