Enable snippet-mode automatically

* yasnippet.el (yas-snippet-mode-buffer-p): New function, detects
buffers visiting files under `yas-snippet-dirs'.  Add it
`magic-fallback-mode-alist' to enable `snippet-mode' automatically,.
