Rename yas-backport-obsolete-alias

Browse Source 
* yasnippet.el (yas-alias-to-yas/prefix-p): Rename from
yas-backport-obsolete-alias.
(yas/root-directory): Only define if yas-alias-to-yas/prefix-p is
non-nil.  Mark obsolete.
