Avoid deprecated ELisp features

Browse Source 
Activate `lexical-binding` in a few more files.
Use `advice-add` rather than `defadvice`.
Fix some compilation warnings.
Prefer #' to quote function names.
Adjust `Package-Requires:` accordingly.
